Is Gujarat rejecting Arvind Kejriwal led AAP in Assembly Elections? Ahead of his visit, Anti-Kejriwal posters flood Ahmedabad

October 14, 2016: Is Gujarat rejecting Delhi's CM Arvind Kejriwal? Well, just before Kejriwal's visit to Gujarat, anti-Arvind posters were put up in Ahmedabad criticising AAP and its national convener.

Three posters were put up in Gujarat, two in Ahmedabad and one in Gandhinagar. One of the poster had Kejriwal's caricature and it read, "Savdhaan India… AAP Mission 2014… Stop Modi to get 272 plus," quoted Zee News.

Another poster read," Policy and Intentions of AAP are corrupt… Kejriwal ji used to say that we have come to change the politics, but on Sunday he himself changed."

Third poster had images of Kejriwal and Asaram (accused of rape case) and it read," Be alert India… Asaram and AAP are similar… Asaram had misguided Bhakts… AAP has misguided patriots."

AAP's Gujarat unit convener, Sukhdev Patel, said," This is the pre-calculated agenda of big political parties who want to gather votes by increasing frenzy among the masses." He added that party will report this issue to the city police commissioner and the election commission, reported Zee News.

According to AAP's Gujarat unit, Kejriwal will be visiting Gujarat as a part of AAP's preparations for Assembly polls in Gujarat, the home state of our Prime Minister Narendra Modi. He will arrive on 14th October. He will meet the family of Patidar youths of Mehsana and Ahmedabad who were killed in the quota stir violence last year. On 16th October, he is going to address a rally in Surat.

According to the BJP leaders, it is just a move dubbed as "casteist politics" and "stunt". State BJP chief, Jitu Vaghani accused Kejriwal of creating tension in Gujarat by raking up past incidents.
