With an extended time in self-isolation, Friday nights are as good and Monday blues.
But there’s no reason you can’t enjoy a cocktail and make the most of your happy hour at home. Try these delicious Jack Daniel’s cocktail recipes for summer flavours while you perch around your house.
THE JACK JULEP
- 2 oz Jack Daniel’s Old No. 7
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 1 Splash Water
- Crushed Ice
- Mint Leaves
In the bottom of a mixing glass, muddle mint leaves with sugar and water. Then fill with crushed ice.
Add Jack Daniel’s and stir gently. Garnish with Mint Sprig.
WOODFORD RESERVE BOURBON PUNCH
- 1.5 oz Woodford Reservee Bourbon
- 2 oz Lemonade
- 1 oz Pomegranate Juice
- Lemon Twist
Add whiskey and pomegranate juice in the glass and churn it with a whisk
Then add crushed ice and top up with lemonade.
Garnish with a lemon peel
THE JACK COLLINS
- 1 Part Jack Daniel’se Old No. 7
- 1 tbsp Powdered Sugar
- Soda Water
- Lemon Wheel
Combine one spoonful of powdered sugar, a half lemon squeeze, Jack Daniel’s Old No. 7 and ice
Whisk it well.
Shake and strain over ice in a tall glass.
Top with soda water and garnish with a lemon wheel.
SPICED ICED TEA
- 1.5 oz Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Fire
- 1.5 oz Apple Juice
- 1.5 oz Cranberry Juice
- 1.5 oz Unsweetened Tea
Mix all the ingredients in a glass (can be served warm or cold).
Garnish with half a lemon (IANS)
