Akshay Kumar got replaced in the sequel of Singh Is Kinng.ians
  • After Welcome Back and sequel of Namastey London, Akshay is giving away most of his movie franchises to other actors.
  • Akshay Kumar seems to be more interested in serious cinema.

Producer Shailendra Singh gave a hint of signing Ranveer Singh in the lead role of in the sequel of Singh is Kinng called ‘Sher Singh’

The 50-year-old actor has given a number of blockbuster romantic comedies like Welcome, Singh Is Kinng and Namstey London but unfortunately will not be seen in their sequels. He earlier got replaced with John Abraham in Welcome back then Arjun Kapoor replaced him in the sequel of Namastey London and now Ranveer Singh may replace him in the sequel of Singh Is Kinng.

Producer Shailendra Singh said in a statement that he has been waiting for 5 years to get back the title Singh Is Kinng but Vipul Shah refused to it. Due to this, he picked up another title ‘Sher Singh’ for the sequel. Also, he decided to pick another name, because, the name Singh Is Bling had also been explored. So, a similar sounding title would create confusion.

He didn’t clearly mentioned the name of Ranveer Singh to play the lead in the movie but gave a hint stating that the young actor Ranveer Singh could possibly be seen in the never-seen-before avatar while sporting a turban in his next.

Neeraj Chopra was born on December 24, 1997, in Khandra village in Haryana's Panipat district. He grew up in a Haryanavi family of farmers. He is the brother of two sisters. He graduated from Dayanand Anglo-Vedic College in Chandigarh and is now enrolled in Lovely Professional University in Jalandhar, Punjab, pursuing a Bachelor of Arts degree. Chopra was bullied due to his obesity as a kid, which prompted his father to enroll him in a nearby gym. He then joined a gym in Panipat, where Jaiveer Choudhary, a javelin thrower, noticed his potential and coached him. When the 13-year-old Chopra finished training under Jaiveer for a year, he was enrolled at the Tau Devi Lal Sports Complex in Panchkula, where he began training under coach Naseem Ahmed.
