God Vishnu is one of the most significant and powerful gods in Hinduism's Sanatan dharma and, together with God Brahma and God Shiva, is regarded as a part of Hinduism's holy trinity ( Trimurti ). According to Hindu texts, anytime evil wins over good, or darkness takes over the light, or injustice rules over justice, Lord Vishnu will take birth on Earth in order to restore Dharma (righteousness). Vishnu has reborn 23 times in all, each time taking a distinct form. It is anticipated that he will reappear once more towards the conclusion of Kaliyuga, bringing the total to 24.
