NEW DELHI, August15, 2016: Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Monday paid tributes to Mahatma Gandhi, father of the nation here on the occasion of 70th Independence Day and paid a floral tribute to Mahatma Gandhi at his memorial here in Rajghat.
