Happy Birthday Google! ; Google Doodles to Celebrate 19 Years

New Delhi, September 27, 2017 : Google has turned 19 (or has it?) And to celebrate it, it has brought together the 'best of Google' from the last 19 years!

To mark its nineteenth birthday, Google has assembled the best animations from recent years and combined them together in a meta-Doodle that lets users' reminiscence the nostalgia of playing one of the best games from their childhood- the spinner.

Using the Doodle is pretty simple – head to the Google homepage, click on the spinner and see what Google has for you!

Here is a roundup of all the games Google has for you, as part of its 19^th birthday celebrations,

1. Snake Game

Dating back to the 1970s, the snake game is a classic and was the first to be featured on mobile devices. The latest to be featured in Google's Fun Box, we have all grown up playing with the 'line' snake and grew in length every time it consumed an apple. But beware; don't let the snake run into itself or the wall!

2. Cricket Game

Google had unveiled the e-Cricket game to celebrate the ICC Champions trophy earlier this year. How could Google refrain from turning the one sport the world loves into a Doodle? You will find just how addictive it is once you get your hands on it!

3. Hip Hop Game

Have you always been musically inclined? Do you ever wonder what would it be like to be a DJ? Well, looks like Google knew it was on your mind! The Hip Hop Game allows the user to be a DJ with interactive turntables.

The game allows the player to customize classic hip hop songs from Isley Brothers, and Betty Wright among others with the help of 'slider controls'.

The Google Doodle had been released earlier this year to mark the 45^th anniversary of hip hop.

4. Oskar Fischinger Visual Music Composition Creator

To honor filmmaker and artist Oskar Fischinger, Google's this Doodle allows for an interactive visual music composition creator for the user.

5. Earth Day Quiz

Features as a Google Doodle in 2015 to mark the Earth Day, the Earth Day quiz is an interactive service. The Doodle employs scientific tactics and presents you with a near-accurate personality quiz. Be prepared to answer some questions and find your Earth Day animal!

6. Breathing Exercise

Are you feeling nervous or is that anxiety creeping its way in? This Google Doodle helps calm you down and provides the user with a variety of ways to relax. You're a true friend, eh Google?

7. Scoville

Released in January 2016, this Google doodle marked and celebrated the award winning researcher and chemist Wilbur Scoville's birth, who is best known for his work to measure the pungency in peppers. And the game is just about that! The user will need to throw ice cream at a hot chilli pepper to cool down its heat. That does not make sense at all, but the game sure is fun!

8. Arpeggios Music Lab

This Google doodle was created for the 'Music in our schools month', this game allows the user to play, learn and witness the way musical chord and arpeggios work. All of those wanting to learn songwriting and musical theory, this one is for you!

9. Google's 15^th Birthday piñata

How bang-on is your timing? Let Google decide that with this highly addictive game that was lunched to mark Google's 15^th birthday in 2013. All you have to do is hit a piñata in this simple to execute game.

10. Tic Tac Toe

Haven't we all grown up playing this vague game at the end of our notebooks? Google realizes that too! The users can spin the Google's special birthday spinner and if you're lucky, you might just get to play Tic Tact Toe with Google and go back to their school days!
