जलं रक्षति रक्षितः who saves the water is saved by the water. Water is considered one of
the purest materials. Rig Veda's Nasadiya Sukta (129th Hymn of non-Eternity) says that water existed even before Gods and that life emerged from the seed of water. Water holds an important place in many cultures and is considered the primary cleansing element. Water Baptism is a symbolic act in Christianity that depicts Death, burial, and resurrection. The Quran describes the water as celestial bliss. In Hinduism Tri-Tirtha Yatra or bathing at the 3 Ghats Manikarnika, Dasaswamedh and Panch-Ganga are considered as an auspicious purifying act similar to dawning a new sin-free material body. Water is the first thing that we offer to any person who visits our house and is still one of the humblest gestures.

Water is the source of all the lives on this planet, each and every living being gets satisfied by the offering of water. The benefits of water exist in this life and in the life beyond. (Mahabharata)

Water plays an important role in the Healthcare domain. Often used for detoxification, pure water has various psychological and medicinal benefits. The ''Blue-Mind effect'' – looking at or being near water provides a wide range of health benefits such as lowering stress and anxiety, increasing happiness, lowering our heart rate, making one feel calmer. Being around water enhances creativity and productivity and is also helps in getting a sound sleep. Water is indeed the cheapest and the purest medicine. Water preaches us many important values such as flexibility, depth, and acceptance, the cycle of life, being calm and persistent. No matter how many times the waves rise and die off at the shores, the Ocean never stops creating the new ones and no matter how flexible and soothing water seems to be, it still possesses that potential to cut through the mountains and flood the lands when opposed or restricted.

We can certainly live without affection but try living without water…
