Imphal: At least 20 Indian Army jawans were killed and several others were injured when suspected militants ambushed their convoy in Manipur's Chandel district, an official said.

While on its way to Imphal, the Dogra regiment convoy was ambushed around 08:30 AM, killing at least 10 soldiers besides injuring 12 other people.

As per police reports, the attack was carried by an unidentified terror group.
