Four militants killed in Kashmir’s Bandipora: Official

Kashmir: Four militants were killed by the army on Friday while foiling an infiltration bid on the Line of Control (LoC) in north Kashmir's Bandipora district.

"Four intruding terrorists were killed by the alert troops of the army while foiling an infiltration bid in Kanzalwan area of the LoC in Gurez sector," defence spokesman Lieutenant Colonel N.N. Joshi said on Friday.

"Two terrorists were killed during the night while two more were gunned down today morning (Friday).

"The identity of the slain terrorists is being established as search operation is still going on in the area," he said.
