Kahaani Festival to bring storytelling to life

New Delhi: In an attempt to bring back the culture of storytelling, the national capital region will witness the fifth edition of 'Kahaani Festival' till Saturday, which will explore various forms of storytelling.

Organised by Teamwork Arts, a pioneering entertainment company in the performing arts space, this two-day festival began on Friday at Gurgaon's Shiv Nadar School.

The festival aims to bring to life the imaginations of young children through the oral tradition of storytelling, magic, theatre, puppetry, dance, music and more.

As a part of the festival, audiences can experience storytelling by expert children's storyteller Jeeva Raghunathan, Pinocchio by Kuchkuch Puppet Theatre, and Patang Bazi, a workshop on how to fly kites, among others.
