32 killed, 80 injured in Nigeria explosion

Lagos: At least 32 people were killed and 80 injured on Tuesday in a bomb explosion that rocked the north east part of Nigeria.

Security sources told Xinhua that the blast rocked a motor park in Yola, the Adamawa State capital at about 8 p.m. when the place was crowded with food sellers and petty traders.

Saadu Bello, an official of the National Emergency Management Agency (NEMA), put the death toll at 32 while 80 got injured.
