Dr Munish Raizada: On Dec 26, Bharatiya Liberal Party President and the candidate from New Delhi Assembly Constituency Dr Munish Kumar Raizada, lodged a police complaint against BLP Leader Parvesh Verma and also Aam Aadmi Party for distributing cash to women voters before Delhi Election.

Dr Raizada has stated that BJP Leader and party’s potential candidate from New Delhi Constituency, Parvesh Verma is distributing 1100 cash to women to buy their votes. Similarly, on the name of Mahila Samman Yojana, Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) is promising 2100 cash rupees per month  to women even though Delhi Government’s women welfare ministry has denied the existence of any such scheme. Dr Raizada has termed these attempts to buy votes by BJP and AAP unconstitutional and a scam.

Party President Dr Raizada, along with BLP workers,  filed the complaint in Parliament Street Police station. He has also submitted the complaint to Election Commission of India (ECI) and demanded immediate action. According to Dr Raizada, both BJP and AAP are exposing their corruption by making attempts to buy votes. “We have filed the complaint against Parvesh Verma and Aam Aadmi Party to let people know about their corrupt practices, said Dr. Raizada. 

As a Candidate from New Delhi Assembly Constituency, Dr Raizada has requested the people of New Delhi to not fall in the trap of these corrupt politicians and vote freely - without succumbing to any kind of pressure.

Dr Raizada has been campaigning in the New Delhi Assembly for the last 3 months. With Door to Door Campaigning and Public meetings, Dr Raizada is reaching out to the voters with his major promises- Providing employment to at least one member of each family, ending Thekedari Pratha and shutting down unauthorized liquor shops.
