Woman Techie Dies in Hospital, after being Stabbed Multiple Times by Attacker in Pune

Pune, December 25, 2016: A 23-year-old software engineer, in a gruesome attack as described by eyewitnesses had been stabbed multiple times. On Friday night, she was seen running on a road in Pune possibly to save herself from her attacker.

According to NDTV report, a Capgemini employee, Antara Das was attacked just a few metres away from her office.

When the people passing by on the vehicles discovered her on the road, she was bleeding from her neck. Two of them rushed her to the nearby hospital, Dhanvanthri where she died.

The eyewitnesses, who all went to rescue her, claim that they have seen the attacker as well. No arrests have been made so far, Police is investigating the crime.

Police are looking into the matter in details, to find out the possible suspects, they spoke to Antara's parents, as to who or what could have threatened her life
