Tata Motors to launch India’s cheapest automatic car

Your dream to own a fully automatic car has just got a little easier and affordable. India's very own car-maker Tata Motors will soon roll out country's cheapest automatic- TATA Nano AMT.

The AMT model is expected to be costlier than the regular models by Rs 40000.

Showcased first during the Delhi Auto Expo 2014, the company has already begun testing the AMT-equipped Nano in India. The vehicle will be developed at the Sanand plant, where the Nano is being developed. The Nano Twist AMT will have the same 624cc MPFI naturally-aspirated twin-cylinder engine that powers the regular Nano.

The model will also be seen with new improvements like new front and rear bumpers, fog lamps and different headlamps. There will be a slight change in the exterior while the interior will remain unchanged
