"We've arrested them Friday night," DB Deputy Commissioner Muntasirul Islam told journalists. During primary interrogation, said the official, one of the detainees confessed that they were smuggling human organs in particular kidneys to India. A Dhaka court later on Saturday granted a three-day remand for each of the detainees who are said to be brokers involved in the purchase and sale of human kidneys.
