Eligibility Criteria to be Revised by HR Professionals

This shift in the outlook of industries makes the role of hiring panel more crucial as they would have to widen their horizon between traditional and newly created class of professionals. A balance has to be derived, for ensuring stability and long-term growth of the organization.
