Rapper Cardi B has been named Playboy's first-ever creative director in residence. The 'WAP' hitmaker took to social media to share the news, which will see her become the very first person to be creative director in residence of the iconic brand, reports femalefirst.co.uk. Sharing the news on Instagram, she said: "Introducing the FIRST EVER Creative Director In Residence at the legendary @playboy, it's ME!!! Joining the @playboy family is a dream and I know y'all are going to love what we put together. "I'm startin this party right as the Founding Creative Director and a founding member of Centerfold the new creator-led platform from Playboy coming soon!! We're going to have soooooo much fun."

Cardi B According to a press release obtained by People magazine, Cardi's role will involve providing "artistic direction" across the Playboy brand. | IANS

Many people feel compelled to post photos of themselves multiple times a day and then keep checking their accounts for the number of likes they have received.

A bipartisan coalition of several US state attorneys general has launched a probe into Meta Platforms, Inc., formerly known as Facebook, over the parent company's social media platform Instagram's effects on kids, Fox Business reported. The Wall Street Journal which first reported the investigation, said that there are at least eight states involved, and that the probe revolves around "the techniques used by Meta to increase the frequency and duration of engagement by young users and the resulting harms caused by such extended engagement."

In a statement announcing the "nationwide" investigation, Republican Nebraska Attorney General Doug Peterson said, "When social media platforms treat our children as mere commodities to manipulate for longer screen time engagement and data extraction, it becomes imperative for state attorneys general to engage our investigative authority under our consumer protection laws", Fox News reported.
