Though there has been a disjuncture between Indo-Pak relations owing to the failure of NSA level talks, hopes are brewing that the pervading deadlock between the two countries will get resolved soon, said RSS on Friday at a press conference on the third day of its meet with the government.

RSS further expounded on how Indo-Pak conflicts should be resolved as Islamabad was once a part of India, sharing historical and cultural links.

The Sangh said India must share a harmonious relation with Pakistan like Kauravas and Pandavas despite being at loggerheads were brothers. "Everything needs to be done for a righteous cause," said a Sangh member, as quoted in Indian Express.

The press conference witnessed senior ministers of the government; the Prime Minister also spoke on varied issues during the same. Several important issues were discussed during the talks.

According to a report in the Indian Express, the RSS Joint General Secretary Dattatreya Hosable said, "The primary issues discussed were security of the country, both external and internal. RSS is always sensitive and aware about these issues."

Connoting India as the more sensible counterpart, he said India should look into the ties between both the nations. He also added that at times relations do go through a rough phase but then they get resolved as well.

In contrast to its earlier stance, RSS' recent take on the Indo-Pak impasse reflects the organization's mellowed stand on the same.
