Thane, December 30: Cases of violation and harassment (sexually or other) are taking a more distorted form day by day in India. Another such recent incident took place in Thane where two minor siblings had been booked for allegedly sodomizing a six-year old boy in the district.

The two siblings, aged around 10 and 12, led the boy, who lived with his parents in their neighbourhood at Gograswadi in Dombivili township of Thane, to an abandoned spot and sodomized him on Wednesday, the police report informs, mentioned PTI.

The two also beat up and assaulted the boy when he tried to resist their attempt, police said. The victim later told his mother about it.

Subsequently, based on a complaint by the victim's parents, police yesterday registered an offence under IPC sections 377 (unnatural offences), 323 (voluntarily causing hurt) and 34 (acts done by several persons in furtherance of common intention).

According to the PTI report, the two accused are yet to be nabbed, police said. They also ensured the fact that further investigations are going on relating this incident.
