Another alleged desecration of idols in UP: A Statue of Lord Shiva found Damaged

Muzaffarnagar, May 13, 2017: A statue of Lord Shiva has been found dishonoured in Janakpuri area in yet another episode of alleged desecration of idols in Uttar Pradesh.

The broken idol was spotted by the locals when they reached the temple yesterday, Circle Officer Tejbir Singh said.

He announced that a case has been recorded against the anonymous persons and the matter was being investigated.
