Amit Shah Releases A Book Based On The Life Of Venkaiah Naidu

Union Home Minister Amit Shah on Sunday released a book that chronicles Vice President M. Venkaiah Naidu's two years in office.

The book, "Listening, Learning & Leading" details Naidu's public as well as diplomatic engagements, including his visits to 19 countries across four continents, and his achievements and initiatives as the Rajya Sabha Chairman.

Speaking on the occasion, Naidu said he was planning to retire from politics and get into social service soon.

The event was hosted by Union Minister of Information and Broadcasting Prakash Javadekar and attended by a host of other dignitaries, including Tamil Nadu Governor Banwarilal Purohit, state Chief Minister K. Palaniswami, Deputy Chief Minister O. Panneerselvam and others. (IANS)
