Rajya Sabha adjourned till noon

New Delhi: The Rajya Sabha again witnessed a disruption on Wednesday and was adjourned till 12 noon.

On Tuesday, the upper house was adjourned for the day after opposition members raised slogans against the government and accused it of being "dictatorial".
