The neverending Kejriwal vs Modi drama

New Delhi: The Kejriwal vs Modi battle escalated to new heights when the Delhi Chief Minister vented his frustration at the Prime Minister by calling him a 'coward'.

While the irked Aam Admi Party supporters were vociferous in their demand to know whether the CBI had the jurisdiction to barge into their Chief Minister's office and seal it off, the Modi government clearly stated that they had nothing to do with the raid.

The frustration on the face of Kejriwal was evident as he took the refuge of social media platform to vent out his distress.

The more Kejriwal beefed up his attack on Prime Minister Narendra Modi via twitter, the more he became a laughing stock. And furthermore, he contradicted his own comments.

If CBI announces on the front page of a newspaper that it will raid a person, then it will be successful: Arvind Kejriwal. This tweet was published by ANI on 26th Oct 2012.

However, the Kejriwal supporters forgot that the CBI flaunted the court warrant for conducting the raids.

Even the former aide of Kejriwal, Yogendra Yadav, said the Aam Admi Party was guilty of enacting 'drama' on the issue.

Kejriwal's party drew immense flak after inquiries revealed the party worker's involvement in corrupt practices. But in all cases, Kejriwal blamed Narendra Modi for the crackdown on AAP.

The Delhi Chief Minister always tried to channelize the issue into something different by claiming that Modi was unable to fight him politically and was using democratic institutions to disrupt the functioning of the Delhi state government.

Just one day before the CBI raid, Kejriwal lashed out at Railways officials for Shakur Basti demolition terming them as 'animals'. But after the raid incident, Kejriwal's sympathy for the Shakur Basti victims evaporated.

The activities of Kejriwal definitely rouse the doubts over his political charisma. Maybe he was a better bureaucrat than a politician. And his tweets do point towards the view.
