A Coldplay concert at Gillette Stadium in Foxborough, Massachusetts, on July 16, 2025, caused a stir when the kiss cam showed Astronomer CEO Andy Byron hugging Chief People Officer Kristin Cabot. Coldplay singer Chris Martin said, “Look at these two... either they’re having an affair or they’re shy,” as the crowd laughed. The video spread fast on TikTok and X.

Byron, married to Megan Kerrigan Byron with two kids, hid behind a barrier when he saw himself on the big screen. Cabot covered her face. People online criticized Byron. One said, “Sorry for the wife, but good they’re exposed.” Another wrote, “Bringing the side chick to a concert is bold.” Megan removed Byron’s last name from her Facebook and later deleted her account.

Andy Byron has been CEO of Astronomer, a New York company worth over $1.3 billion, since July 2023. Kristin Cabot started as Chief People Officer in November 2024. Neither they nor Astronomer has commented.
