PM offers tribute to PV Narsimha Rao

New Delhi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Sunday paid tribute to former prime minister P.V. Narasimha Rao on his birth anniversary.

Rao was prime minister from June 21, 1991 to May 16, 1996.

He was born on June 28, 1921 at Karimnagar in Telangana, and died in 2004. (IANS)
