Sri Lanka to continue probe against Rajapaksa regime

The Sri Lankan government on Tuesday said it is going to continue its investigation against the former government over alleged fraud and corruption.

Palitha Range Bandara, the state minister of power and energy, said the allegations against some members of the Mahinda Rajapaksa regime were being closely looked into, Xinhua reported.

He said more and more information had been unearthed related to the alleged largescale fraud committed by the Rajapaksa government which was voted out in the January presidential election.
