Three youth killed in Jammu-Srinagar highway accident

Jammu: Three youth were killed on Monday when an army vehicle hit their motorcycle on the Jammu-Srinagar National Highway in Udhampur district.

"Three motorcycle-riding youth were hit by an army vehicle at Kud in Udhampur district on the Jammu-Srinagar National Highway on Monday morning," told senior police officer.

"The youths died on the spot. They were identified as Rinko, Kishore and Sansar, and all belonged to the Chenani town in Udhampur district."

The officer said none of the three youths was wearing a crash helmet when the accident happened.
