India pledges US$1million assistance to cyclone-hit Fiji

New Delhi: In the aftermath of Tropical Cyclone Winston wreaking havoc on Fiji, the Indian government has pledged its support towards rehabilitation and rebuilding of the country.

India will give US$1 million in immediate assistance to Fiji. Vikas Sawarup, the spokesperson of the Ministry of External Affairs tweeted yesterday regarding the issue.
