Uttarkashi affected due to Cloud burst in Yamuna and Ganga valleys

Rains continued to wreck havoc in Uttarakhand on Thursday as destruction was reported from two villages after a cloud burst in Yamuna and Ganga valleys.

Officials said more than a dozen houses were flattened, forcing people to leave the Silkura village.
