Parliament passes Mental Healthcare Bill 2016, provision to protect Rights of Persons during delivery of Mental Healthcare

New Delhi, March 27, 2017: The Mental Healthcare Bill 2016, which makes provision to protect, promote and fulfil the rights of persons during delivery of mental healthcare and services, secured parliamentary approval on Monday with the Lok Sabha's assent to the legislation.
