Manish Sisodia, the Deputy Chief Minister of Delhi accused the civil servants of running a "transfer-posting industry" of bureaucrats. He added that the Aam Aadmi Party government has put a stop to this.

As reported by IANS, Sisodia stated, "It is very interesting. In Delhi, 'transfer-posting' is a big industry and we have stopped it in last three months."

"This is why people are opposing us. Crores (of rupees) were made through 'transfer-posting industry' in Delhi," he added.

Sisodia added that the morale of only those officers who have misused their positions was down. As per IANS report, he was referring to the meeting of around 100 serving and retired civil servants who manifested their angst over the treatment given to the bureaucrats in the AAP government.

Sisodia has stated in a tweet that the retired IAS officers who had prospered by taking money to assign desired posts to bureaucrats were "now talking about boosting IAS officers' morale".

Another AAP leader Ashutosh was also reported by IANS as saying, "IAS association was sleeping like Kumbhkaranwhen (union) home secretary and foreign secretary were humiliated and removed".
