Pakistan violates ceasefire again

Jammu: Pakistan army violated ceasefire overnight at two places on the Line of Control (LoC) in Jammu and Kashmir's Poonch district.

"Pakistan army violated ceasefire in Balakote sector yesterday (Tuesday)," defence spokesman lieutenant Colonel Manish Mehta told IANS here.

"After our troops retaliated, Pakistan firing stopped at 10 p.m."

"But firing from Pakistan resumed in Poonch sector and continued from 10 p.m. to 10.30 p.m," Mehta added.
