Even projects that would benefit other states were also included in the special package, he said. Nitish Kumar reiterated his demand for special category status to Bihar. "We will continue to fight for the rights of Bihar," he said.

Modi announced the much-awaited package for Bihar on Tuesday in Ara town in Bhojpur district. He said the aid would "change the face of Bihar".
