Mumbai, 21 Sept, 2016: At the Kabaddi World cup media conference, the former Indian skipper Kapil Dev lost his cool when asked why Pakistan was not invited to take part in the tournament that is to be held from October 7, in Ahmedabad.
The enraged cricket legend responded to the question saying, "If you are a Hindustani you should not ask the question at all. Is it the time to ask this question?"
According to PTI, It was an obvious reference to the Fedayeen attack by militants suspected to be from Pakistan-based JeM on Sunday at Uri, which left 18 soldiers dead."

Kapil Dev, who was the chief guest there unveiled the jersey of the Indian team and further added, "Such things should be left to the government to decide. As sportsmen representing the country if we are told to jump into a pond, we will readily do it."

In the third edition of the tournament, twelve teams including India will be taking part in the tournament but sadly it does not include Pakistan in the list. The Indian team will be led by Anup Kumar from Haryana in the Kabaddi World cup tournament. Manjeet Chillar, the all-rounder will be the deputy of Anup in the 14-member squad.
The countries taking part in the third edition of the tournament are Iran, South Korea, Bangladesh, USA, England, Australia, Poland, Thailand, Japan, Argentina, Kenya and hosts India. The head coach of the squad is Balwan Singh with E Baskaran as his deputy.
