Mumbai, Dec 17, 2016: In an amazing turn of events "Kahaani 2: Durga Rani Singh" starring Vidya Balan and Arjun Rampal has been declared tax-free in Uttar Pradesh, mentioned PTI.

Both Vidya,37 and Sujoy Ghosh, the director of the movie took to twitter to share this news with their fans.
